I also contribute to the Almond Board of California, connecting research, sustainability, and the role of almonds in supporting health.
Growing up in the Central Valley and rooted in a California farming family, I have a deep respect for where food comes from and how it connects us all. This perspective shapes the way I approach nutrition, recognizing that the choices we make for our health are also connected to the land, sustainability, and the well-being of our communities and planet.
